Terms of Use & Refund Policy
1. Application Fees Are Non-Refundable
All fees paid for application submissions (including administrative or processing charges) are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical errors during the transaction process.
2. Payment Confirmation Required for Processing
Applications will only be processed after full payment is confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment is successfully completed and properly linked to their application record.
3. No Refunds for Rejected or Incomplete Applications
DICT does not offer refunds for applications that are incomplete, disqualified, or rejected due to ineligibility, incorrect information, or failure to meet deadlines.
4. Refund Requests Must Be Submitted in Writing
Refund requests (e.g., for duplicate payments) must be formally submitted to DICT via email or through the official support channel, with proof of payment attached. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
Approved refund claims will be processed within 10–15 business days, depending on the payment channel used. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
