Terms of Use & Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Most institutional fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, especially for services already rendered. Refunds are only considered in special cases (e.g., duplicate payments or errors).


2. Responsibility of the Payer

Users are responsible for selecting the correct service and fee category before payment. DICT will not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect input or unauthorized transactions.


3. Secure Transactions

All payments are processed over encrypted channels. DICT does not store sensitive card details and uses certified payment gateways to protect your information.


4. Disputes and Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction. Verified claims will be processed within 10–15 business days, subject to validation.


5. Payment Confirmation and Processing Time

Payments are typically confirmed instantly. In rare cases where delays occur (e.g., network issues), users are advised to retain their payment reference and contact support for follow-up.
